Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if Pigs Paradise cancels the tour and rescheduling is not possible.

Payments are non-refundable for late arrivals, late cancellations, inability to locate the meeting point, or failure to arrive due to weather unless otherwise communicated.

Rescheduling 

If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour time, you are welcome to reschedule your booking for another available date.

To request a reschedule, please contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist in moving your booking to another day, subject to availability.
